Verified and found that the drain hose is on the ground explained to customer that the drain hose has to be at least 39 high from the ground for the washer to work properly because if not the water will drain out while filling causing the washer to pause and not continue because of not having enough water. Started a cycle so customer could see for himself and it started washing as should than I lowered the drain hose to the ground so he can see how the water comes out if its on the ground. Unit working as designed. Opt test ok.
