"Cc that they just moved in about 10 days ago and unit was beeping already before they even used it. Found it had an F8E4 fault for float switch open. Looked underneath unit and confirmed drip pan was full of water. The only thing that couldve caused the issue without running unit would be the inlet valve or water supply line, a lot of times when you first install the water supply to unit they usually have pressure in line which can cause a leak until pressure is released when you run unit. Ran unit for a while and no leaks looks like it was from when they installed unit from the supply line. Recommended to monitor and if anything to arrange another appointment."

"Cc during one recent wash, a loud bang noise. Checked suspension, all good. Unit not bouncing up and down, normal movement. No error codes. The shield is still on, nothing broken underneath. I did find 3 coins really stuck under the washplate, maybe couldve caused unit to jerk out of place. Ran test diagnostics cycle, factory reset. Thought I heard a little squeak from belt, replaced from t/s. Ran a quick cycle and drain/spin. All normal. No Service Pointers for complaint. Advised customer of coins and if something was off balance on unit. Advised of a pool noodle, zip ties, styrofoam around drain hose to stabilize it. Unit is good. Op Test Ok. ; used 1 W11239857 (BELT) from stock"
