Cc that unit was not spinning and clothes was always wet. Verified and unit spins and washes it was just not draining customer said it will only drain with the drain hose on floor and I explained to him that its not draining is siphoning the water out because the drain hose is lower than the 38 high its supposed to be rearranged drain hose and found that the drain pump plug came off reseated the terminals and tested the draining and it started working as should. Unit working as designed now. Opt test ok.

Took temperatures and RC section was at 39* and FC was at 8* but noticed that it was in defrost mode and the customer had the FC temperature setting on the warmest and RC on the coldest explained to her about the settings and set them correctly for her. Ran unit and it started filling but could not hear the wash pump running removed front panel to make sure control was sending the voltage to the wash pump and after i unplugged the wash pump connector and reconnected it it started functioning as should cancelled cycle about 3 times and restarted the unit to make sure and it was working every time explained to customer it couldve been a loose connection but unit is washing perfectly Ran a diagnostics test cycle to make sure as well and it passed as well unit as of now working as designed asked customer to monitor for now and that she has 30 days for the service call. Cc that unit when it goes into a spin it sounds like a metal bar hitting. Ran unit put it into a spin agitation and drain and sounded perfect looked underneath unit and there were no leaks at all so we filled unit with towels to test and worked perfectly called BJ to ask if he had any idea and he said fir the vibration theres some pads you can change under the tub but i removed a plastic plate the customer had underneath and the vibration it had stop so I explained to customer that I cant guess on what could be wrong they have 30 days for service call if anything to give us a call back. Verified and the plastic piece that came out has nothing to do with the ice maker i took out all the assembly of the ice maker to show customer how it looks inside and we cleared out the whole ice bin to make sure there was no plastic in there and it was all clear of plastic pieces.
