"Cc unit front panel hot to the touch after useCustomer stated she was baking and then switched over to broil to finish. Afterwards the front panel was hot to the touch and stayed hot for awhile. She was concerned and turned the breaker off. Ran bake to 400 degrees, then switched to 500 degrees broil for 10 minutes. Front panel temps reaching 105 degrees peak on front of console. Advised customer that oven vent is located right below console and will be extremely hot during and bake or broil cycle. Could not duplicate heat issue at this time, unit is working as designed."

Ran unit with load inside to wash how it acts. All functions are normal. Ran unit on quick wash and then did a drain and spin. Good. Advised to not overload, make sure load is even as much as can be. Can cause off balance and banging on sides. Found drain hose banging, let customer know, can use a piece of styrofoam to help as well. Unit is good. Op Test Ok."
