Checked power cord connections on unit, all power cord connections tight. Ran timed dry cycle for 15 minutes, unit operation normal. Advised customer to monitor which cycle they are using when issues occur and document if possible. Could not duplicate issue at this time."

Looked around bottom of door seal and saw it had food buildup on the corner that it was leaking also the spray arms were clogged up took spray arms off and cleaned them also cleaned the bottom of door and seal took off front panel from dishwasher and ran it did see after about 20mins running the unit i saw so e soap suds opened u it and unit had suds building up looked at the rinse aid and it was at max explained to customer that too much rinse aid can cause suds and leak turned the rinse aid setting to 2 and gave. Customer some of our samples to try out as well. So I just let them know to keep an Eye on it and to make sure any food left around seal to clean it up and make sure the spray arms arent clogged up and not use to much rinse aid. Opt test ok.

Customer just wanted to know about the functions on the the washer and the different sounds because she thinks theres something wrong. Verified put unit into a normal wash and unit started filling but when it got to the wash it started agitating and all the lights would shut off and kick back on and it kept repeating it. Looked underneath and thought it could be the capacitor so i had one from surplus and replaced it but nothing. Got to the control board and checked that power was not dropping when light go out but it was good could not see any wires pinched either. Called BJ and had me ohm out the motor windings and they were good will need control board. Customer stated she did not want it fixed because she just got it snd wants a new unit. Cc that unit started freezing by the next day but then just stopped cooling again. Verified pressures and unit was in a vacuum working in the ff section than unplugged unit and pressures started rising unit has a leak put unit into home position and pressurized the system with nitrogen charged it with 140psi of nitrogen and used soap suds to see if i could find the leak but nothing took apart freezer to see if it was leaking from the evaporator or the lines but nothing. Called BJ and explained issue stated that it has to be an internal leak to call tech line. Called tech line and explained issue and had me do another nitrogen test and he said pressures are holding pretty good with the test he had me do and wanted me to replace the dye filter and recharge unit replaced dye filter put unit into a 30 vacuum recharged with 6.00oz of R134a asked customer to wait 24hrs for proper cooling. Opt test ok.

Explain cust that if 7nit is cooling at this point theres not much I can do but also explain that unit goes on defrost every day to clear out front on evaporator, if unit is not fully packed you will notice the temperature change faster.
