"Cc taking 2-3 loads to dry and sometimes it works perfectly fine. Ran unit and checked airflow and it wasnt too bad but stuck my hand in there and it had a lot of lint buildup. Removed all the lint I could and explained to customer that poor airflow will cause unit not to dry clothes properly. Unit is also running and heating properly. Also customer said that unit will shut off earlier than what it says when she runs regular cycles. Explained to customer that if she runs any big clothes like jeans or a jacket with socks and small towels, the smaller clothes will dry faster and the sensor will think the clothes are dry and cut down the time. Recommended customer not to mix those clothes together or to try and use timed dry instead. Unit is working as designed opt test good."

Cc unit wont allow to start up a cycle will only go to clean cycle. Customer states that they had tried unplugging unit and plugging back in but nothing. They also found a piece of glass in drip pan when they checked under unit. They had left it unplugged ever since they scheduled with us. Ran unit and was washing and working as should but did notice they had oversuds. Checked under unit and found that drip pan had some water in it and also checked gasket but was good. Explained to customer that the oversuds couldve cause drip pan to have water in it also if the float switch went up because of water it wouldnt let them use unit because of that. Also checked to make sure there wasnt any leaks but couldnt detect any leaks. Recommended customer to use white vinegar to clean out any soap buildup in unit causing oversuds. Unit working as designed opt test good.

"Cc unit overheats stops and wont complete cycle. Checked heating element, thermal fuse, and thermostat and all were ohming out as should. Explained to customer that vents could be clogged up with lint which leads to bad airflow causing unit to overheat and shut off. Also explained to customer that having the vent crimped up in the back can also cause unit to overheat too. I asked customer where the vent would vent out to check for airflow but they werent sure where it vented out to. Recommended customer to get vents checked out for any clogged lint. Also recommended customer to get a semi-rigid or rigid vent and that we dont recommend foil or plastic vents because they are fire hazard. Opt test good."
