"Cc that the unit was banging and cust was able to see how it was hitting the sides of the washer and that sometimes they get a message about water temperature.. Ran diag got error code of F3e3 inlet water tem fault f0e4 spin limited by water temperature. Ran a self diag on unit. Hoses are good,not reverse. Ran step #2 on tech sheet , cold valve working, hot valve is working and fabric softener valve also works, unit does not have oxy valve. Check ohms on all of them I got from pin J16 1-6 1,056 ohms from j16 1-5 1,056 ohms and from j16 1-2 1,057. Tech sheet shows if valves are in range to replace main control. Also told cust that the excessive shaking could have been a off balance load, cust said that he thinks that it was a comforter. Advice cust that the office will contact once we have ETA on the part.; ordrng 1 W11510463 (Control)"

"Cc unit is making a ticking noise. No noise when arrived. Unit in defrost mode. Unplugged unit for 5-10 mins. Plugged in. Unit came on, comp and fan kicked on. Fans in both sections sound normal, damper opening/closing.water dispenser working correctly, Icemaker good. Let unit run for 20 mins. No out of the ordinary noises. Went through diagnostics tested all components that make noise. All check good. No banging or anything hitting. Checked components multiple times. Nothing. All checked good. Op test okNo noise as of today."

"Cc that the right front burner does not always turns on. Check burner nothing is inside burner or orifice is clear. Check for a spark in all igniter,good.tested the RF burner and it took a couple of spark to light up. Change the front caps and tested. No problem to light up. Unit will need new caps. "Cc unit making ice but seems to be taking longer than usual. Checked airflow, items blocking vent a little. Checked temp control. At one snowflake. Adjusted snowflake to 3, recommended. Went over owners manual with customer. One temp control, went over Icemaker section, temp control section and adjusting controls section for temp and ice maker. Customer can always refer to owners manual. Says 3 days for a full basket. Depending on temp settings, could also affect Icemaker. Adjusted temps for customer. Unit test good. Op test ok"

"Cc unit intermittently draining. Ran diagnostics, did not find any codes in history, but customer states sometimes it will not drain fully. Ran diagnostics cycle, drain seems a little slow. Checked drain hose installation, found drain hose kinked at rubber elbow connection to unit, drain hose routed incorrectly. Corrected drain hose install. Ran wash cycle then cancel drain. Good drain out. Op test good."
