Replaced diffuser and was functioning as should. Also from last visit customer installed the water line but was leaking when he installed it. So I looked in back of unit where it was leaking from and found it was leaking from the icemaker line. Cut line and used a water line connector tested again and no leaks did mention to the customer hes going to have to keep an eye on the main water line because it starting to push water causing a small drip. He said he will get that taking care of. Opt test ok.

"Cc unit not cooling enough, checked temperatures 57 in Rc and 29 in FC, compressor pulling 2.52amps removed back cover and found a bullet piercing valve already installed, I told the customer about the valve and she said no one has ever worked on the fridge, I told her is highly unlikely that wpl left a valve on, charged with 145psi of nitrogen within 1 min pressure went down to 110psi and going down, checked condenser, evap and all the joints for leaks, cant determine where unit is leaking from, heard hissing noise on the left side of the unit inside the wall, unit has an internal leak and its not repairable. Advise customer to try to contact wpl and see if they do something for them, I advise them not to put to much stuff in the unit as it could stop cooling completely at any moment. Customer stated they were already looking to replace it just wanted us to come and confirm what previous company diagnosed. Unit is not repairable."

Ran diagnostics and unit is not draining pump just hums, replaced drain pump and unit trying to drain, removed hose from port under the sink and found a plug of buildup, removed plug and unit is draining properly, informed the customer of the plug and also that her sink is draining slow, she asked how that happened because they havent had a dishwasher in years and this one was just installed, I told her that most likely whoever installed it didnt check the drain port to make sure it was cleared. Advise customer to contact a plumber to take care of the slow drain Opt test ok"
