Found hard kink in copper line behind unit. Advised customer he will need to replace water line to unit. While moving unit copper line touched on back metal panel and arced. Checked outlet unit was plugged into. Found polarity is reversed. Advised customer have an electrician out to inspect outlet, customer ran an extension cord to a known good outlet in the mean time. ; used 1 WP2315549 (MOTOR-EVAP) from stock"

Leveled unit and ran diagnostics and found error code F0E5 off balance load causing unit to pause and not complete cycle. Ran a calibration and auto test and passed. Looked underneath unit and everything looked good. Also customer stated that they were filling up washer fully. Explained to customer no more than 6 to 7 regular bath towels and only 2 tablespoons of detergent to avoid issue there having and other future issues they could have. Opt test ok.
