"Cc unit freezing food in ff sectionCustomer stated she tries to change temps and it doesnt change. Found unit temps reading 33 degrees in ff compartment. Ran diagnostics thermistors tests, ff and freezer reading properly. Checked damper operation, damper operation good. Calibrated temperature setting +3 degrees in both ff and freezer sections. Set ff temp to 38 degrees. Advised customer to avoid placing product right in front on rear vent opening and allow 24 hrs for temp changes to take effect. Op test good."
