"Cc unit displaying a message about meat probe. Customer stated the display will intermittent display enter meat probe temperature during a bake cycle. Found meat probe corroded, most likely causing resistance when It warms up, causing controller to believe a meat probe has been inserted. Unit needs meat probe jack. Customer stated he never uses a meat probe nor does he have one. Advised I can disconnect meat probe jack harness and disable completely, customer agreed. Pulled unit from cabinet, disconnected meat probe harness connector. Ran bake tests on both upper and lower ovens. No fault/messages. Op test good."

Checked drain connection at disposal. Found plug in drain port, looked like a small hole had been knocked through it. Advised customer I would have to charge a service call to remove disposal plug. Customer agreed. Knocked out disposal drain plug. Ran wash cycle then cancel drain on unit. Unit operation test good."
