Called BJ told me to let unit cycle a few times and verify temp. It was around 299* to 311*. Unit needs to be calibrated. Calibrated unit by 20 and it when up to 337* and 322* so I added 5*more. And tested unit. Op test ok.

"Cc unit ice is slowly making or none at all, ice cream is soft. Temp readings at 25/30 for FZ and FF about 42/45. Little frost on FZ evap and same with FF evap. Used UV light and couldnt find any leaks on evaps, compressor or filter drier. Low side 15 inch vacuum. Used Nitrogen and bubble test. Put 150psi of nitrogen into unit. Heard little hissing from back of cabinet. No leaks from either joints pr components. Nitrogen leveling dropping. Inside leak. Called tech line. Documented details and said it seems as a inside leak. Not repairable, whirlpool will be in contact with customer."

"Cc unit has had a couple drop of water in front of unit. Not all the time, about 3 times. Hoses are tight. Ran water through fabric softener and bleach compartments. Looked underneath unit. Good. Ran diagnostics, components working good, still no leaks. Running a heavy cycle on max fill with a load of towels in. About 20 mins in, checked around. No leaks or water spots. Watched unit for about 35 mins, no leaks. Put towels on drain and spin. Op test ok* let customer know of something pops up again. We can send another tech out to also look and verify for any leaks"
