Cc that unit was leaking at the right hand bottom side of refrigerator. Customer had water and ice maker off so we turned them on and tested functions of dispensing and cycling ice maker and no water leaks anywhere. Looked underneath unit and nothing. Did find ice maker bin seal falling off so I installed it correctly and found water stain running through the side where customer was saying it was leaking and it was coming from the center drawer mullion where I found a magnet which couldve been preventing door from closing properly and causing moisture and leaking onto floor. Explained to customer I couldnt find anything else where it couldve been leaking besides finding that magnet there asked her to monitor and if anything to give us a call.

Let cycle for 20 minutes, unit is heating, drain pump turned on several times, cooling fan is running. Unit is not making an abnormal noise at this time. Unable to duplicate concern at this time, advised customer to monitor and possibly record noise if he encounters this again."

Cc that unit is not cooling and they had sears come out about 4 times even did a sealed system job and unit started cooling but lasted like a day or 2. Took temperatures and fridge was at ambient temperature. Used nitrogen to see if I could find a leak and found leak at capillary line in cabinet at the back of unit. Took some pics and called tech line spoke with Rick explained issue and unit is not repairable going under review.
