Cc that microwave is not heating properly. Tested the unit myself and it heated the water. So I ran diagnostics and found error code F9E0 mis-wire fault. So I got to junction box and checked the wiring and was good also made sure to check power and good as well. So I reseted unit and asked customer if we can test a popcorn bag since they were having issues with it as well and it popped the popcorn perfectly.
