"Cc that unit was getting a burning smell and he thought tub had fallen. Verified and suspension and tub are fine looked underneath unit no issues everything is pretty clean. Ran diagnostics no fault codes, also ran a auto test and passed ran a calibration as well. Explained to customer and he said that when all this happened they were washing a comforter and unit was out of balance which explains the issue. So I showed them how to pause unit if they ever get an off balance load again to avoid issues unit as of now working as should."
