Verified and unit was not powering on found that power cord on outlet is kind of loose causing that issue and also it is not on its own dedicated circuit got it to power on and ran diagnostics and found error code F5E4 lid not opened between cycle. Called tech line and spoke with steve explained issue and said that the unit will have to be installed properly and be on its own dedicated circuit as well for us to properly verify unit. Cc that unit is not cooling. When i arrived unit was unplugged and doors opened because those were the instructions that customer was given. Explained to her that it is hard for us to diagnose the unit this way because we really wouldnt know the temperatures if it was a defrost or control issue. So i turned unit on waited for a couple of minutes to see if the unit would build up a frost pattern and it had half way of frost also checked temperatures and were set at 5* so changed it to 0* waited for a couple more minutes and it did unit had frost pattern all around. Explained to customer that unit is working as should and to monitor for now because everything is working as should if anything to call us back and to leave the unit plugged in. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit is making a loud noise customer also showed me a video of the sound but could not identify the sound to where it could be coming from. Ran diagnostics and no error codes also ran a agitation and spin and sounded normal looked under washer and could not see anything out of the ordinary but still replaced the splutch kit ran a normal load to see if when it has weight in it it would make a difference but unit sounded as should i let it fill and start to agitate and unit was functioning as should. Opt test ok.

"Cc we had a power outage and this error came up so we unplugged the unit it the error never goes away. Found power failure msg on display. Cleared msg and explained to customer that any time there is a power outage or the machine gets unplugged, they will get that msg, told them all they have to do is press the power key once and error will clear, if they unplugged the unit again error will come back. Unit is working as designed opt test ok."

Cc that unit had water in bottom when they opened door and never drained. Ran diagnostics and found error code F8E4 overfill float switch also F9E1 and F9E2 both problem with draining. Verified drain pump and found that the metal blades on the impellers broke off explained to customer about issue and stated to keep them off. So i inspected drain pump was still good reinstalled tested unit and erased error codes unit is draining and running as should. Opt test ok.
