Verified started unit and started washing pump was running as should but did find that the dispenser door was not opening as should found that the rubber was a little off and would hit the plastic tab not letting it open reinstalled properly and door started opening and closing as should. Ran a diagnostics tests and found error code F4E3 motor fault and F7E1 no heat ran a test cycle and motor was washing as should and heater was working as should as well checked for loose connections and everything was good. Unit as of now is working as should. Explained to customer that if they have the same problem again they will need the wash pump and they stated that at that point they can just get a brand new one. Opt test ok.

"Cc unit not maintaining temperature. Customer stated when running bake, comes up to preheat but then drops temperature. Ran bake test to 350 degrees. Unit preheated to proper temperate, let unit cycle. After several cycles, unit stopped igniting, will only spark. Found gas valve coil for bake will not open. Pulled back cover, measuring voltage to valve coil from DsI board. Voltage is good to valve at 14.5vdc. Unit is working again. Found pinched orange wire from DSI board harness to valve, wire pushed against metal bracket when back cover is installed. This is causing intermittent short out to valve coil. Repaired wire and rerouted away from metal bracket. Ran bake test and let cycle several times. Op test good."
