Cc that unit turns on and shuts off. Verified and units blower wheel was clogged with sponges and lint and drill bits causing no error flow to go through and over heating shutting off the unit. Cleaned out with vacuum removed all debri and lint also had to change out rollers because they were completely worn out. Replaced rollers from sur plus the belt and pulley were in good condition. Cc that unit is not filling properly. When i got to the unit saw that the drain hose was lain on the floor. Ran diagnostics and found error code F8E1 valve error and F0E5 off balance load. I ran a test cycle on unit and when unit started filling it was syphoning the water out i explained to the customer why its happening and that she will habe to raise the drain hose at least 37 high. I still replaced valves with new ones ran a quick test and everything passed as should. Opt test ok.

When i arrived i tapped the system to to verify where the leak was coming from. Used nitrogen to check for leak with soap suds sprayed all external components to check for the leak and could not detect any leaks called BJ and said it could be internal leak to call whirlpool to see what they say. Called techline and spoke with Steve explained issue and stated that unit may have a internal leak and will go under review.

Verified and unit was on defrost so waited until it turned on and the sound she was hearing is the compressor pushing the refrigerant through the line also pulled up the owners manual and went through all the sounds the unit may make. Set to diagnostics cycle and unit started to rotate the basket when a loud grinding noise started right away, looked under unit saw oil on the floor and rotor and stator are full of oil, water mix, unit will need a gearcase, rotor and stator and clutch.
