Advised customer code f8e4 will appear when opening the lid while in cycle, means lid must be closed during soaking. Ran diagnostics, found code f1e2 for motor module over voltage. Ran auto test, all functions passed. Ran calibration. Ran drain and spin with 5 large wet towels( these were already in the unit). No abnormal vibration or offbalance issues. Finished cycle, no issues. Advised customer to ensure load is properly balanced at start of spin and drain cycle, may have to pause unit to redistribute load. Unit is working as designed."
