Verified and the noise was coming from the ice maker fan removed freezer evaporator cover and found that evaporator was frosted up and steamed out evaporator ran some test and called BJ he asked me to check heater and was good and to check voltage to heater running test 89 in diagnostics and the connector to the cabinet was receiving the 120vac but harness is bad will need thermistor and heater harness replaced. Cc that filter is still leaking. Confirmed its still leaking through filter could see a drop coming from filter housing but not constant and it was just replaced. Called BJ explained issue and stated to let the customer know that they will have to order a new filter and make sure its a oem part from whirlpool and to test it and if it still leaks to call back and BJ will reorder the filter housing again. Opt test ok.
