So i steamed out the reservoir and when i tested again to dispense water the valve was cracked and started leaking everywhere and the filter housing was dripping a little as well will need housing and dual valve. Tested icemaker and had no error codes and cycled explained to customer that its not making ice because of the valve but seen the ui make icemaker work intermittently so replacing as well. Confirmed unit was in flood mode ran diagnostics and found error code f8e3 overflow condition and f8e1 no water detected. Canceled out the flood mode by running a test cycle unit ran through all the steps perfectly check the pressures hose and was good and unit had water coming in perfectly explained to customer it couldve been over suds that caused the issue. Installed parts that customer took off and ran a quick wash and passed unit is working as should. Opt test ok.

Unit has the vent going up to the roof explained to customer that having the vent going up to the roof the harder the unit has to work to dry the clothes and it also builds up a lot of moisture. Customer stated she had vent cleaned out during last summer but once it started getting cold outside she has to dry 2 times to dry the clothes. I explained to her because of the moisture the lint could be building up in the vent causing her issue. Unit is working fine just the way the vent is routed. Opt test ok.
