Had ice maker cycle and passed but when i did the fill test the valve kicked on but no water came in to ice maker. Took apart ice maker area and found fill tube frozen cleared it out and added permagum to the fill tube around the ice box to try to keep it from freezing. Asked customer to monitor for now and if anything to give us a call."

Ran diagnostics and confirmed unit had a F9E1 tested drain pump in diagnostics and it seemed weak, got to back of unit to get to drain pump and removed it and everything looked good nothing clogging it up so I replaced it with a new pump tested pump again and it pump out the water with good pressure started a normal cycle to make sure it would start the cycle as should opt test good."
