"Cc unit temperature unstable, not always reaching set pointCustomer stated they tried stocking unit, but temperatures never dropped below 50 in ff section and 20 in freezer. With no product in unit, temperatures are normal, 36 in ff and 0 in freezer, confirmed. Hooked up gauges to unit, low side in 10 in/hg vacuum, high side at 195psi, possible partial restriction. Talked with BJ, agreed with restriction, possible moisture in cap tube/and or filter drier saturated. Recovered refrigerant, installed filter drier from truck stock. Pulled vacuum on system to 29 in/hg. Recharged system with 7.5oz of r134a. Low side stable at 8 in/hg vac, high side at 130psi. Customer monitor. ; used 1 WPW10143759 (DRIER) from stock"

"Replaced valve. Cleared error codes. Ran diagnostics, all components working. Found the bottom spray arm not all the way in, out of place. Debris was wrapped around it and filter had a lot of debris and build up in it, cleared all the build up. Ran unit a couple times through diagnostics with cups inside to make sure water spray arms moving correctly. Good. All components working. Would advised to make sure to clean filter 1-2 times a month if not more, advised to use dishwasher cleaner. Make sure no big items left on dishes before putting in. Utilize all options after cycles if needed. Unit is working as designed. All components good. Also calling whirlpool to document..Documenting that unit is working correctly. Op Test Ok."
