Cc that unit is making loud noise. Verified and found that unit has the ff section evaporator built up with ice and frost also found units temperature settings ff section at 33* and freezer at -4* explained to customer that the settings were real low on temperature and stated theyve always been like that so i set unit to recommended. Took apart unit steamed out evaporator to verify issue and wasnt sure about the thermistor placement the way it was so I called BJ and stated that its not placed properly it has to be on a the straight part of the suction line so i removed it placed it where BJ stated and zipped tied it as well. Explained to customer and asked them to monitor for now since all those parts have been replaced already and if anything to call us back. Opt test ok.

Ran diagnostics and found error code F0E3 and F0E5 off balance and overload checked tub to see if it was loose and checked suspension and both were good ran a auto test and passed. Put unit into a agitation in diagnostics and did not sound right. Looked underneath the washer and removed rotor and found gearcase is leaking oil and bearing do not sound good inside gearcase when agitating. Called BJ to explain issue and said he can get refunded for everything but service call if he doesnt want to continue repair but if not he would have to pay for parts. Cc that unit has leak detected error on display after a plumber came to work in her basement. Confirmed unit had the error displayed looked underneath unit and the pan had water in it removed pan and noticed that unit has been leaking on the supply line fitting and had a drop of water dripping and finally activated the sensor on pan. Dried up the pan took off fitting noticed seal crooked removed cleared debris flipped seal around and retightened tested unit and stopped leaking ran for a while to make sure it wasnt leaking from any other spot and did not see any leaks. Opt test ok.
