Checked disposal connection, found rubber drain hose extension is kinked and collapsed. Removed rubber hose and added another drain hose using misc truck stock. Original hose isnt long enough to make it to disposal nipple connection. Reran wash and drain test. Good drain out. Op test good. Cc that unit defrosted food. Took temperatures and freezer was at 10* and fresh food section at 44* temperatures were higher because customer had to much food blocking air vent on back of unit. Also fount frost on top of ceiling on unit and by the door explained to her that most likely door was left open causing all that moisture and frost but unit has good temperatures and working as designed. Explained to her she would have to rearrange the food in ff section for proper airflow and to make sure that a gallon of milk can fit on the top shelf. Unit is working as designed. Opt test ok.

Found that it had the water line in bottom of freezer was getting pinned between door and gasket not sealing properly and getting warm air in freezer causing the frost. Steam out frost and gasket on bottom of door rerouted the line to move out the way verified. Opt test ok.

Tried to plug in unit in a different outlet still same problem removed unit from spot to see if any wires were loose everything good but unit just turns off and on. Had fellow tech that had same problem and asked me to remove the plug from the vent fan and unit started working vent fan was shorting out. Will need the vent assembly with fan. Ordering part.; ordrng 1 W11414073 (Vent assembly)
