"Cc that unit started doing the same thing works fine for a while and than stuff in freezer start thawing and than just freeze again. Checked temps in freezer and it was at 6* and ff section at 37*. Control board and ui have been replaced already, but I noticed that the right hand door if you open it light didnt turn on and I found switch broken so I tried to replace it but the switch is stuck because it has insulation all around it and if I try to pry it hard it can crack the liner or rip the wires so I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke with Derek explained the issue and what happened with the switch also sent him a picture of switch and insulation around it and he stated its not repairable going under review they will contact customer with any further instructions."

Took front panel off nd stared unit, no leaks, pulled unit out, verify tub, all good no leaks, i found both spray arms clogged with food particles. Will need to replace both, could be causing a wave action making unit leak from botton of door. Insulation on door has water stains as well. "Cc that the unit is making a grinding sound on the wash cycle and that is not agitating properly, and on a bigger load there was not enough water in it. Ran diagnostics no error codes, ran auto test hear belt sounds funny also unit is shaking a lot. Tilted unit and found oil at the pump. Removed cam and found belt needs replacement along with cam. Showed cust, gave estimate for cam and belt. Explain cust about gearacase, is not grinding but cant promise how long it will last, cust found washer almost same price of repair.
