Cc that unit will make ice but not that much just a couple of batches. Checked temps and they were good. Checked water pressure and it was kind of low but should still work recommended customer to change sattle valve for a quarter turn valve. What I did was replace ice maker made sure it cycled and recommended customer to wait at least 24hrs without touching the ice to let it buildup because if not the ice maker will never keep up with them causing them to think ice maker is not making ice. If anything to call us back.

Got it to turn off but started doing it again checked switch to make sure it wasnt stuck and it wasnt and theres no error codes stored.
