Found stretched out door springs, unit will need both door springs, Advise customer to use a drying agent like finish jet dry or rinse aid, to help with drying process, also explained her that doesnt dry as well as glass so there would be water droplets on plastic items even after glass has already dried. Gave customer some finished sample pouches and fill the dispenser with jet dry and asked customer to was a load and see if the jet dry helps with drying better. Customer not very satisfied with unit she said it always goes off balance no matter if is a small load check for spring shocks they are good ran drain and spin pass did not bang or go off balance ran 5 towels and two jeans and she said thats not heavy enough she said Im wasting her time cause is not doing it explain her that her unit could get off balance if she either doing on even loads or in the end of cycle could get off balance advise her to pause unit and re arrange then press play she said she does that and that I cant check unit with only 5 towels and two jeans so shes wants me to run some jeans and shirts of how she do laundry and it did not when off balance and I also record underneath unit to show her how close the shield is to the floor and that next time do 4 jeans instead of 6 and some shirts and make sure is even opt test ok cycle complete working as design

"Cc unit not dispensing water or ice, whole unit needs looked at. Tested water and ice dispense, both water and ice dispense working. Found ice maker turned off, turned on and ran manual cycle test. Ice maker indexed properly and filled mold with water. Could find no issues with ice or water. Inspected unit, cleaned condenser coils as they were clogged with dust. Found evap drip pan sitting at an angle on floor under unit. Reinstalled and secured in proper position. Temped both section, ff section reading 39 degrees, freezer section reading 2 degrees. Op test good. Customer states they thought first visit was free according to Kitchenaid as they just moved into home, they are not paying at this time. They are going to call KA WP.; saved tckt"

Verified unit and has all the leds on top on and they will not shut off tried reseting unit unplug connectors from control board and nothing was working unit will not let you turn it off unless you unplug unit. Tried to get it to diagnostics and will not let me either unplugged ui for a 1 minute and unit started draining without the ui connected and when i connected the ui it had a error code of F6E1 communication error with acu. Replaced control and took front panel off verify sensor, found connector a little loose. Corrected issue also, unit had installed flexible foil vent is a fire hazard also that is not a straight shot to the outside, advise cust to replace with flexible metal or rigid metal vent. Started the same load cust had in, let it run it started sensing and Id dropped down to 20 min, and it was still running, check the clothes they were getting dry. Op test okBrought core for return"
