Looks like door was left open a little, explain cust that If door does not close all the way the ice will melt because warm air from outside is entering freezer , ice will melt and as soon as the door gets close it start to cool back down and mostly thats what got the ice maker arm get stuck in. Advice cust to always make sure that the door is closed all the way. Aalto turned moisture sensor on mullion on because theres moisture on it. It was turned off. Op test ok"

Looked under washer and found the underneath of the rotor melted from grinding on the floor. Explained to customer that the main cause had to be from a overload because the dampers are good also tried to do a auto test on unit and does not agitate good and does not spin. Will need gear case, stator, rotor, clutch and slider and wash plate replaced. Called safety to notify issue spoke with John explained to him the issue and they said they will not cover damage since the unit is from 2016 and to give them the estimate for the repair. When arrive I heard the squeak but it was not coming from gearcase it was coming from pulley and belt so replace part noise when away but customer complaints to me cause he wants me to replace gearcase I explain him why I wasnt replacing it he was telling me that it goes off balance alot I explain him that is probably a load size so I end up calling whirlpool Spoke to austin he said gearcase would not cause off balance what it could be is the hub strip so he wants me to get to hub but when trying to take agitator it is seize so I use wd40 and keep pulling nothing so I had to brake it with chipsaw and hammer and I had to replace gearcase any way cause I damage it trying to cut agitator.
