Cc that unit was making a noise and started smelling like smoke and turned off the unit. Before starting unit I looked underneath and everything looked good. So I started a cycle and unit started sensing and filling as should and washing. Ran diagnostics and found fault code F0E9 off balance load. Ran a test cycle and passed. Seems like unit went off balance pretty bad and the basket started hitting causing the burning smell and noise she was hearing. Explained to customer the best way to load washer to try to avoid off balance loads. Unit as of now working as designed.
