Cc that unit had frost all over freezer food and started thawing out because she had a lot of food in it but after she cleaned off everything and emptied out the freezer and not have it overly packed it started cooling back up. Verified temps and freezer was a 8* and ff section at 39*. Explained to her right now temps are good it must of been because of having it overly packed the door wasnt closing and had poor airflow. Recommended her to keep freezer at 70% full at max and to make sure freezer door gets opened from center not the side and always make sure door is closed properly opt test good.
