Tried to force defrost but heater would not turn on i steamed out evaporator and found heater connector disconnected, connected back up and heater started functioning reassembled everything back up explained to customer that it was not going into a defrost causing it to frost up and making the temperature rise and not producing ice. I cycled the ice maker for them asked them to wait 24hrs for proper cooling temps. Opt test ok."

"Cc that the unit will act up on them, they dont have a hook up the Wi-Fi sometimes you turn it off but it wont turn off and they have to go to the breaker to shut unit off. The time changes or it will go faster than normal and that one time they used both oven at the same time and tried to turn one of the off and when they were able to do it, but the oven turned it self on again. Ran diag found F6E4 user interface / appliance manager state status mismatch. Tested all components and pass. Unit needs to be hooked up to WiFi found SP The consumer may experience that the cooking cycle on Series 5 Built-in Oven is not getting canceled and the keypad is getting stuck. The only option to come out of it is to cycle Power.This issue has been fixed in the latest software which is there in production as well as this is available OVER THE AIR (OTA) update. Consumers need to connect the oven to the internet to get the latest software. Called Safety. Closed the job"

Cooling returned to unit, but now ice maker not working, and ice buildup on bottom of freezer. Found defrost drain iced over. Cleared ice from freezer, steamed down drain hole. Good flow through. Found ice maker jammed with excessive ice, most likely when unit thawed. Cleared ice from ice maker, ran manual harvest test, ice maker indexed properly and filled with water. Op test good. Verified, plugged in unit and it was in flood mode cancelled out and ran diagnostics found error code F0E5 OFF BALANCE LOAD DETECTED, did a manual spin and agitation and was working normal looked under unit everything was clean checked pressure hose and blew through it sounded normal no kinks. Ran a calibration and auto test passed. Recommended customer to keep loads from 6 to 8 regular bath towels for a max load and only 1 to 2 tablespoons of detergent is enough to wash clothes. Opt test ok."
