Ran diagnostics and found error code F8E1 long fill looked in back of unit and that the hoses are so stretched out there crimped on the ends causing it to limit the water coming in and just draining out the water and stopping the cycle. Tried to set unit in different way but they will need to get longer hoses or move the plastic tub from the side of washer so they can move it closer to the main water valves. Unit is working as designed. Opt test ok.

"Found same error codes as last time F8e4 and f9e2 called wpl safety spoke to John explain issues he advise calling tech line first. Calling wpl techline spoke to Austin he had me test continuity to the float switch good continuity, unit keeps filling while draining then pump stops and water keeps coming in, he advise replacing the main board and if unit still does the same call tech line again. ordering main control W11462459 unit missing mount brackets ; ordrng 1 W11462459 (Electronic control) and 2 WP8269145 (Mount bracket)s"
