Tried adjusting on low setting per owners manual, not really any change. Called techline. Let know parts changed and that customer had gas company come out. Gas company said norrmal pressure of 7' wc. Techline suggested that unit is not getting sufficient gas pressure and for gas pressure to maybe be turned up by gas company. Since all parts replaced. All burners are lighting with no problem. As of now, techline says everything is working fine. Documenting. Customer to see if gas line can turn up pressure. Let know. Op Test Ok."
