Tested ice maker and was cycling and filling as should also checked door to see if door was warped and was not pushing door switch as should but looked good. Called whirlpool tech line since main control board was replaced and ice maker was replaced 2 times spoke with Bruce and explained the issue to him and said to verify the harness for loose connections and to install a shim on the side of the left inner door for the switch and if problems occurs again that there is a problem in the harness somewhere. Customer said that they do mixed loads in auto dry and bulky which Rich told me that mixed loads bulky items or small loads should be done in timed dry and for auto dry the y could do towels, jeans or t shirts but they have to be all the same and no small loads.
