Customer had a video of sound and it sounds like its coming from the back of unit so I pulled out the unit and ran some test to see if I can duplicate the issue and found it was the condenser vibrating when compressor is running at high speed. Rearranged the cardboard underneath the condenser and the condenser lines around and sound got quieter and it was the best I could do explained to customer what I did and what was happening and she was happy with it opt test good.
