"When arrived unit still not cooling. Verify pressure 45psi while not running. Ran step 38 to test compressor would not start, tested with Orion board, it starts and shuts off 120wtt. Called BJ told me to call tech line unit has an internal leak. Called tech line they told me it was a low side leak, use nitrogen to find the leak and soapy water, i started on freezer evap, no leaks found. Verify fresh food and found that bubbles are coming out of the cabinet from cap tube and suction line comes from the liner. Unit cant be repair. Called tech line again to document. Unit cant be repair"
