Per tech sheet, unit will not start a consecutive cycle unless the door is opened between cycles, this is why customer must reset unit before she is able to start another cycle. When I arrived at home I first tested the original compressor first with the tester and the compressor was just humming and pulling about 9amps tested the new one before installing and it started right up and it was pulling 1.3amps. So I recovered refrigerant installed compressor and drier filter got unit into a 30 vacuum waited about ten minutes to make sure it held a vacuum and it did than recharged unit with 5.3oz of R134a explained to customer to wait at least 24hrs for proper cooling. Opt test ok.

"Cc unit making metallic noise during spinRan diagnostics, no codes stored. Ran auto test cycle, no abnormal sounds heard. Checked basket more movement, no movement, spin basket is tight. Found debris protruding into basket area from bellow drain holes. Pulled debris out and ran spin and drain cycle in entirety. No abnormal sound heard. Possible debris from bellow drain holes were contacting basket and causing noise. Unable to duplicate noise complaint. Advised customer to monitor."

Cc that the front right burner takes too long to light. Verified and it did i can see the ignitor sparking but it still takes long to ignite went to replace burner head and found it wet underneath it explained to customer but she said that it was doing it from the beginning so i dried it up bot it to light and left it on for a bit to see if it would dry up completely turned it off and tested it again but still takes too long ordering the igniter. ; ordrng 1 W11573760 (Igniter)

Cc that oven is taking too long to preheat but she wasnt sure if it was her or if it was really the oven. So I ran diagnostics and unit displayed good meaning theres no error codes stored or any issue detected. Put both ovens to preheat to 350* and it took between 15 to 18mins to preheat which is normal so I waited about 15mins more to verify temperatures and they were between 334* on the sides and upper 400* on the bottom of oven on both sections couldnt tell if it had just turned of elements but i told her what we can do is calibrate the units for her so we calibrated it to 10* higher and explained to her how to do it as well so she can set it to her preference. Opt test ok.
