Cc that unit was to cold verified temperatures and ff section was at 43* and freezer was at 4* temperature was a little high because customer had the temperature set to 41* but the temperature is as demanded on the control panel. Also stated ice maker was not working. Tested ice maker and passed all tests checked the fill tube for ice build up and heater wires made sure they werent snapped and were good also had the updated one already. Did find the seal for the ice maker vent duct was frozen causing air to scape and not going to the icebox as should cleared that out and tested the fans and heaters and they all passed as well. Also tested the baffle on the ff section and was opening and closing as should as of now the unit is working as should. Asked customer to monitor for now and if ice maker stops working again she will need the ice maker replaced. Opt test ok.

"Cc that unit is not reaching temperature he said he set the oven to 350* and the oven was saying it reached temperature but was only at 230* and reached a max of about 300* testing it with his thermometer. So i checked temp sensor and was reading 1080ohms at room temperature which is good so than i set the oven at 350* to verify myself and waited about 10mins after it finished to verify temperature and it was at 371* to 356* also customer stated he had it at 30* higher on calibration explained to him that he can leave it calibrated the way it is or he will need the main control replaced because the temp sensor is doing its job and temperature is about 30* lower than what it is supposed to be at normal calibration which would be at 0*. Gave customer the estimate and said he will leave like that for now if anything he will call back so we can order the control for him. Cc that unit was not filling with water. Ran diagnostics and had no error codes also checked to see if washer was filling how it should in diagnostics also checked agitation and passed. So she explained and what she was talking about was the normal cycle which i explained to her that the unit will not fill all the way to the top with a normal cycle where she will get the most water is to keep it on deep water wash and bulky items cycle. Tested it for her so she can see how much water she will get with the bulky cycle and she said she will use that one from now on. But unit is working and filling as designed. Opt test ok.
