Cc that unit was over heating the legs were broken and convection was not working because food was burnt or not cooked.Verified and found legs were broken ohmed out the temp sensors and were good at 1090kohms also tested convection and was working explained to customer that they would have to wait at least 20min after oven reached temperature because the temperature has to stabilize to what they set it to than after that to insert food in oven and range has to be leveled as well. Also customer stated that they insert food while its preheating so i let him know the importance to waiting to get the oven stabilized to temp so the over cooking or not cooking as should would happen.
