Cc that unit is making a rattling sound. Unit was off when I arrived waited for it to start up to see if the vibration would start to pin point where it was coming from and when it kicked on it was coming from pan and drip pan compressor is a variable speed compressor so when it kicks on high speed it will vibrate tried to adjust pan and meta piece in front stopped making the sound but customer was more worried of it being a functional problem which is not opt test good.
