"Cc unit is not microwave not starting, having open and close door message. Watched as customer opened and closed door. Advised that there is a switch that is spring loaded. If not closing properly, not slamming but giving door firm push to make sure switches are activating and reading correctly, a message can pop up to close door. Showed customer how I closed it and every single time unit is working. Opened and closed door more than 20 times and every time unit worked. Went through service matters and checked to see if any service pointers. Went over service pointer. Went through each step and switches, door, all check good. Even tightened up switch screws, came a little bit closer to door. Tried adjusted right side closer to cabinet/switches as well. Every time testing unit. Has worked. Unit test good. Op test ok."

Unit is getting 122V at the control. Asked cust if unit stops running or when they wanted to use it didnt work. Cus said that it stopped draining and after start it started acting up. "Cc that the unit is not cooling. Confirmed took temps 33* on freezer 68* fresh food section. Found fresh food section evap frozen and freezer fan was not running. Check ohms on thermistor freezer is on range fresh food section is not, also cust had another tech take a look at the unit they replaced bimetal on freezer spiced it and put another one in tape out the wires. Ran diag evap not running check for power it had 89V and dropping to 0 in seconds and comes back up and drops down. Check outlet has 1#0V steady. Unit will need new main coNtrol. Fresh food section harness and freezer as well. Cust will call if they want to continue.; ordrng 1 W10843055 (Control) and 1 W11033168 (Fresh food section harness) and 1 W11032800 (Motor evap), used 1 SHIPPING (shipping and handling) from stock"

Removed and cycled, very little water came to ice maker. Removed filter from unit and tested water at the door. Good pressure, put filter back in, And tried again, op test good. Advice cust to keep an eye on the ice maker most likely was not getting barely any water and thats why no ice was been produced. Also cleared out drain tube that was clogged causing a leak.
