Verified and it looked like door was propped open around the bottom took apart freezer to clear out all frost and ice and did find a zip-lock bag with meat pinched around bottom of door also the drain tube was clogged with ice probably from warm air getting in cleared it out and steamed out seal recommended customer not to over pack freezer to avoid issue. Noticed that the washer was leaning forward and the basket was completely leaning on the front of cabinet leveled unit to where it was centered ran a auto test and calibration and passed.
