Ran diag found same error code. Tested cooling fan on diag , it hums. Took unit off wall and panel off and check for power coming in to fan 119V. Inspected fan and found a screw preventing from spinning. Removed and make sure that fan was not damaged. Installed unit back in and preheated oven to 350*. Pass,. Op test ok"

"Cc unit codes f3e1 Customer stated its the dryer that needs service not the washer. Ran entitlement for dryer, under yr. Ran diagnostics, found code f3e1 for exhaust thermistor shorted/open. Checked thermistor resistance from control board. Reading 20.5k ohms at room temp. Ran dryer op test for 10 minutes on timed dry high temp. Unit cycling heat on and off properly. Checked airflow at vent outlet. Good airflow. Op test good."

No frost, put kill a watt meter compressor is pulling 0.44 amps. Low on refrigerant. Put pricing valve from T/S. Unit is on a vacc. Unplugged it started stabilizing unit has a leak will need sealed system work. Called whirlpool tech line Brian. This unit does not have second to the 5 year warranty on sealed system.
