Customer lives in apartment, said maintenance said its too high up to clean vent vent is clogged and causing unit to not heat properly. Maintenance will need to clear blockage from back of unit and through vent. Bad airflow causing unit to not heat up correctly. After replacing part, took vent off back of unit, ran and unit did stop after cool down. Maintenance will need to clean/clear vent and if anything else pops up to document. As of now, unit itself is good. Heating and working properly. Op Test Ok. ***will document vent needing cleaned."
