Opened and closed door several times, door closed and contacted door switch properly. Ran bake test to 350 degrees, good preheat time, no heat escaping from door seal. Open and closed door again several more times. Door will not depress door switch fully intermittently causing oven light to stay on. Light push to door will depress switch fully. Added shims to inner door panel, upper screws. Ran bake test and retested door close, when oven is hot, door will still intermittently depress door switch. Called wp techline, Brian. Sounds like thermal expansion, try replacing inner door panel to start.; ordrng 1 W11334152 (Inner door frame), used 2 487576 () from stock"

The unit is still not dispensing softener. I called GE Tech Line he explained to me that this machine does not have a water softener valve. How it works is the bleach water valve in the main cold water valve are opened at the same time and forced into the dispenser at an angle allowing it to flow the water on a new path into the softener dispenser. Needs a new set of water valves the main control board was not needed; ordrng 1 WH23X29553 (Water valve)

I found that the actuator motor has failed I installed an actuator from truck stock. Unit continue to do the same thing the capacitors burnt out the teeth on the transmission are worn down needs a capacitor and actuator a transmission and a splutch assembly the units almost 7 years old customer will just buy new
