"Cc unit keeps clicking, and that the bake and broiler are not starting and when they do the temp starts at 170F degrees, verify and when FR burner is turned on out will stay clicking, customer states it happened after their son try cleaning the unit, took apart and FR micro switch is damaged, only stops clicking if turned to low, set unit to bake and started on the first click, let it get to 350 and switch to broil broiler comes on, switch to bake and comes on, unit needs FR valve with switch, oven electrode and burner, can hear the cooling fan rattling informed customer that there is a change that the unit needs the cooling fan since its rattling and the oven sensor since temps are starting from 170 degrees, customer will not proceed with the repair at this time.; ordrng 1 WPW10326645 (valve-brnr) and 1 W11643161 (Bake burner) and 1 W11448312 (Electrode), used 1 SHIPPING (SHIPPING LOGISTICS*) from stock"

"Cc that pump motor sometimes works sometimes doesnt and the landlord stated he would shake the dish washer and it would start working than stop. Ran diagnostics and unit had a FE3 for motor faulty/ loose connections. Checked all wiring underneath unit and looked good, so took off front panel looked at control board and when pushing the connectors in for wash pump it seated properly like if it was loose. So I explained to customer to make sure that the connector was the problem to monitor it for now if issue happens again they will need wash pump replaced."
