"Cc that unit is not cooling. Verified and immediately noticed freezer door cracked open on the right hand side. Opened door up and it was full of frost and fan was jammed up with ice. Took apart freezer steamed out all ice and fan started running, did remove evaporator cover to steam out all ice buildup and made sure evaporator had a good frost pattern and it did. Explained to customer again they have to open door from center and if door skips some teeth from the rail just to open door all the way and close it again to recenter it, he also stated that some times they overfill freezer and I recommended him not to because that will also cause door not to close properly giving them the same issues. Got door closing properly and fan fan functioning again opt test good."

Took temps and it was at 3* which is perfect so I called BJ and recommended to turn down temperature. I explained to customer that we will turn down temperature for freezer to help cool better for the ice cream but unit is cooling as should. I hooked up the amp reader and ignitor was pulling more than 3amps which is good so than I checked the temp probe and it was reading 1098 which it should be around 1080. Since that checked out I put unit into a bake to 350* and waited to see what happens to see if it would reach temperature and it finished in about 5mins at 166* degrees. Unit will need main board and temp sensor replaced not reading correctly. Noticed that the line the refrigerator has is a line where Ive seen has a lot of no water issues and its because of the seal on the fitting clogs up the hole causing water not to dispense or make ice. Explained to customer he will need to either change line to a copper line or a stainless line to avoid issue. Also showed him by loosening the fitting but by the time theres a little water coming out at the dispenser the line starts leaking unit is fine just needs the water line replaced to a different one.

Unit peheated to 350 but while cycling is not keeping temp. Was 15* lower. Tested bottom oven seems to be more accurate that the top oven and it cycling between 380* and 320*. Would recommend replacing oven sensor for top oven. If issue persists will need control board as well.
