Verified and i could hear the pump running but would not drain the water so i used my shop vac and removed water took out drain pump but looked good it was not clogged up or damaged but i still replaced it but than noticed towards the back of the unit that the hose was not routed properly and when i removed unit from spot the hose was crimped so i removed drain hose and rerouted the hose properly tested unit and it started draining as should. Cc that unit was not preheating. Ran a preheat and unit would turn on and than turn off looked inside oven and saw customer has a thin plastic liner on the bottom of cavity blocking the vents where the heat would come out of removed it tested unit and preheated as should liner was blocking vents preventing it from preheating because burner would turn off because of lack of ventilation. Opt test ok.

Cc that the dishes are not drying. Ran diagnostics and found a F7E1 error code no heat which indicates that the control was programmed to disable the heater either because after I replaced pump or because of water temperature not being jot enough coming in. Ran a test cycle to enable the heater again verified to make sure the heater functioned and it did also recommended customer to try to run the hot water in the sink first before running dishwasher to make sure the water is coming into the dishwasher hot enough to where it will not disable the heater.
