"Cc unit no working, she stated that they did a few small loads no everything was good, then she did a big load and the unit didnt ring out the clothes all the way, verified and unit runs properly ran speed wash and let unit fill and start to agitate, switch to drain and spin and unit drained and started spinning, noticed that the sink drain is really slow and water almost made it to the hose and that was with just a bit of water, checked underneath and everything looks good, noticed unit not level, leveled unit and ran test, asked customer how big was the last load they did, she said she was washing a few blankets, let her know I cant duplicate the issue but most likely since the unit was not leveled could have gone off balance while washing the blankets, let her know that the recommended load size is between 5 to 7 large towels, unit working as designed, opt test ok"

Cc that unit would just click and oven will not ignite. Tested it myself and it was just clicking got to back of unit and removed all covers to make sure the harness was good and it was also took off oven burner cover to see if the igniter was sparking as should and it was so I took off burner tube to make sure nothing was clogging the the orifice and it looked good reinstalled everything and centered the igniter rod a little better than tested unit again and it was still doing the same issue. When I arrived customer had just turned on the unit about 10mins before i arrived and he also showed me a video of the sound and yes it was a loud sound but cant pin point where it was coming from so I let the unit run to see if it would make the sound also took it out from place to get to the compressor and Unit is running perfectly so I called tech line and spoke with Butch explained issue to him and also let him hear the sound from the customers phone and he cant pin point the sound either stated to explain to the customer that we cant guess on what it is and to let the unit run and fill it back up and if it makes the sound to try to open the door or listen towards the back to see if they can try to hear where its coming from and to please not unplug unit customer stated if it starts making the sound he would turn it off because he cant sleep with the sound.
