"Cc that unit doesnt want to start. When I got to unit it had an error code flashing F8E6 water hazard. So I ran diagnostics and ran a test on unit and passed but than flashed the error code again. So I erased it unplugged unit and checked pressure hose connection and made sure it wasnt kinked or clogged and it was good. So I reconnected everything and ran a normal cycle to see if unit would start working and it started sensing, filling and washing as should which customer stated it never did that from the beginning. Asked customer to monitor it for now but I checked everything else and looks perfectly fine if anything to give us a call."

Took temps and ff section was at 38* and freezer at 6* took apart freezer to check frost pattern and it was halfway only. So I checked for leaks no leaks found. So from what it looks like it was low on R600a so I added 6g of R600a and evaporator got a full frost pattern asked customer to monitor for now but they should be good opt test good.

Cc that if you press the foot pedal to open door it doesnt pop open. Verified and unit seems to be working as designed nothing broken or bent and like it says on the owners manual you either lift and pull or push pedal and pull which thats what its doing but on one section of the owners manual it says the door could pop out 3 to 6 but from what Ive seen it doesnt. Called tech line spoke with Brandon explained issue and explained that unit is working as designed and if customer has any questions or concerns to call whirlpool.
