I went to the clubhouse to pick up the parts the compressor was sitting on its side for approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Unfortunately that makes this compressor non-usable almost guaranteed to seize up when you turn it on. I still went back to the camper I pulled the refrigerator from the wall to see if I can reuse the old compressor there is not enough material to use needs a new compressor also the evaporator looks like something fell on it. With the machine running I disconnecting most of the DC voltage components ui ice trap door LED lights Nothing seem to help I started noticing a change in the refrigerator when I started removing LED lights from the series. I started getting the LED control board to flicker. No change in gages after 15 min, filled unit with R134A 5.5OZ. Then ran step 4. No changes, called BJ said that most likely cap tube is clogged up. When blew nitrogen something black came out on filter dryer. Called whirlpool Dave explain situation he said that that black stuff coming out of the unit means that is contaminated, theres no way to clear that out, cant be repaired. "CC that the unit does not finish a cycle. Ran diag F8E1 NO FILL, LONG FILL, F3E1 PRESSURE SYSTEM FAULT. Replaced the control and pressure hose. Ran a calibration. Started a normal cycle with clothes finished a cycle. Cust was using a full cup of sanbil laundry sanitizer would cause a lot of soap suds. Opt test ok."

Replaced start device using customer supplied pre Id part(supplied with compressor). Compressor started up and stayed running, watched frost pattern for 15 min. Frost pattern forming, checked low side pressure, good at 1psi. Unit starting to cool. Advised customer monitor and 24 hrs unit will be ready to restock."

Customer only uses the dishwasher once a week. I recommended for her to start using a clean washer cycle more often and using the dishwasher more frequently and if anything at least open the door in between washes so I can hear out this will solve the issue

After running step, unit started working on freezer section. Good frost pattern started forming. Op test ok. Advice cust to allow unit 24 hours to reach normal temps.
