WALL OVEN WHIRLPOOL KODE900HSS00 Cc f6E4 ui and control board lost communication. Replaced control manager tested unit and when testing a F8E1 error code popped up low speed blower motor error. Called whirlpool and spoke to Adrian to make sure it was the upper blower motor we had to replace not the bottom one he said to replace it and check for it to have 5dcv so we replaced the blower motor as well and verified it had the 5dcv which it did. Placed unit back and tested again and the error codes F6E4 and F8E1 were displayed again on unit. Called whirlpool again to verify what they wanted to do or replace now on the unit we will have to replace the upper oven control board and the lower blower motor. Ordering parts. DISHWASHER MAYTAG MDB9959SKZ0 Cc that F9E1 is still coming up. Verified issue and found that the drain hose that connects to the garbage disposal has to travel long distance to dishwasher because of being to far away from the sinks drain and having to connect different drain hoses to reach the garbage disposal causing it to have to many loops on it and making it to not drain properly and displaying F9E1 error code. Called Chad and sent him a video of the drain hose to confirm issue and he stated that it is incorrectly installed. It would have to be shortened and properly installed to correct issue. Recommended customer to call the previous installers or a plumber to fix issue. Opt test ok. AT

Says page 12 The oven will take approximately 12 to15 minutes to reach 350°F (177°C) with all of the oven racks provided with your oven inside the oven cavity. Higher temperatures will take longer to preheat.. Took about 13 mins to reach 350* let customer know higher temps will take longer to preheat or reach. Unit test good. Op test ok"
