"Cc unit keeps tripping the breaker, verified and ran diagnostics and no codes found, ran test cycle and unit shut off as soon as the heater kicked on, spoke to bJ he said to use my clamp meter and check amps on terminal block black wire and unit pulls 8.72amps while running, when heater kicked on unit spiked to 15amps and breaker tripped, maintenance guy said that they have a few dishwasher that are tripping the breakers, when resetting the breaker noticed that this breaker has a GFCI built in, told this to BJ and he said that those GFCI breakers are really sensitive and with the unit working properly and no codes found as well as they having multiple units doing the same thing it have to be an electrical issue in the building, most likely the GFCI breakers, he advise customer replace breaker with an non GFCI. Unit working as designed, opt test ok"

"Cc unit still freezing in the Ff, verified and temperatures 38.6 in Ff and 5 in fz, ohm out Ff thermistor and 6kohms at 38 degrees which puts it within range, spoke to bj and he stated that per my test everything seems to be working in order he advised calling TL to document, called Wpl TL spoke to Steve, he had me take temps 1 in fz and 36.9 in ff and ohm out the thermistor from control 6ohms he stated readings are good, and unit working properly he stated that if the unit stays closed for too long without being opened, things in the Ff can freeze, or if multiple items are loaded at the same time can over work the unit causing it to cool longer and more air into the Ff causing anything close to the air baffle to freeze. Customer fz is full of what looks like dough in ziplock bags he advised customer to rearrange the items in the fz and to make sure that none of the bags are blocking the airflow, since this can cause more airflow towards the Ff

"Cc unit tripping gfci on outlet Customer stated they have had the unit on this circuit for several years without a problem. Ran amp draw test on various functions on unit. Compressor amp draw at 1.3a peak and 1.02a steady. Ice auger test running at 4.61a. Defrost heater running at 4.87a when turned on. Tested water dispense, reading 2.3a. Tried 2 different outlets, but both are feed through gfci. Gfci tripped each time but amp draw was nominal. Plugged into standard outlet, amp draw normal and unit is working properly. Called wp techline, Curt, documentation only as the wiring or outlet could be wearing out or possible the unit compressor or other functions may be peaking higher then when new. No repair to be made, advise customer to replace gfci outlet with standard or run unit to a non gfci circuit in home."

Blew through pressure to for debris, cleared. Customer did say some work was recently being done down here, so someone could of switched and reversed lines by accident. Ran another diagnostics test, ran a calibration. Ran a normal cycle, watched and did go through cycle. Unit is good. Op Test Ok."
