"Cc that the unit had lots of frost on freezer that the top drawer from freezer got stuck with ice maker arm because it got stuck with the ice. Looks like door was left open a little, explain cust that If door does not close all the way the ice will melt because warm air from outside is entering freezer , ice will melt and as soon as the door gets close it start to cool back down and mostly thats what got the ice maker arm get stuck in. Advice cust to always make sure that the door is closed all the way. Aalto turned moisture sensor on mullion on because theres moisture on it. It was turned off. Op test ok"

"Cc that the unit does not drains all the water out and sometimes work on quick wash. Ran diag found error code f8E3 over flow conditions F5E2 door lock error. Found unit is leaking from cold hose and bellow, unit is a little rusted inside, showed cust. Also latch was too tight to I got it a little loose so when the cycle starts it can lock the door properly. Ran drain and spin, pass. Unit will need a new pump, I verify catch and it has 2 quarters, that will not make it not drain. Drain pump is getting week, gave estimate to cust. For now they will monitor explain that if unit is off balance it will cause the same thing , not drain all the way.
